Warner Audio Group announces the arrival of 300 Elektra Leisure — 3EE — a “supergroup of legendary, indie-spirited brands” led by chairman and CEO Kevin Liles.

The new frontline label group unites 300 Leisure, 300 Studios, Elektra Data, DTA Data, Fueled by Ramen, Low Place Audio, Community Intake, Roadrunner, Sparta, and YSL Information. Beneath the 3EE umbrella, 300 and Elektra will keep individual identities and cultures.

Rayna Bass and Selim Bouab will oversee 300 Entertainment as recently-appointed co-presidents.
